Includes a history of the activities and accomplishments of the Board (ca. 1919) under chairman J.D. Dort; administrative correspondence relating to liberty loan, war savings stamps and thrift campaigns (1918); executive correspondence of the chairman (1918-1925); administrative correspondence of the chairman (1917-1919); administrative correspondence of the director of the War Saving Stamps Committee (1918-1919); and a survey of women's skills (1917-1918) conducted by the Women's Committee of the Council of National Defense.
